Preparing for the Consultation Session:

To ensure an effective session, it is essential to adhere to the following guidelines

Make sure your session is conducted through your laptop or desktop. Moreover, use your headset so that the sound is clear

It is highly recommended to be in a private, quiet, and comfortable place without distractions.

Be sure to drink plenty of water

If you are using any mood-altering substances or have an addiction, make sure you do not take and use any drugs or alcohol at least 24 hours before the session otherwise the session cannot take place.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

- To reschedule your session, please do so within 48 hours or at least 24 hours before your appointment.

- Please be advised that:

- If the appointment is confirmed and there is a same-day cancellation without proof of an emergency, or if you do not show up, there will be no refund.

- This non-refundable policy also applies if the client chooses to terminate any number of selected session packages.

- Our time is valuable and could have been spent assisting another client.

The client must confirm the payment before the session. Hence, the session will only be booked when a copy of the invoice is sent when the WhatsApp payment is used to transfer the bank account.

Please note that some clients take longer than they usually do. If the session takes longer than previously agreed upon, which is 90 minutes for the first session and 1 hour for the subsequent session, an additional fee will be charged based on the time taken. An additional 30 minutes from the initial appointment for one hour and 30 minutes will be 1000 SAR . The additional hour will be SAR 1,200. This policy is also applicable in case of subscription to discounted session packages.

Instant Appointments:

In our Arab culture, some clients expect the counselor to serve them immediately or to see them the same day. I may be able to work this way depending on my schedule and willingness to do the counseling session.

If you wish to book an immediate same-day or weekend appointment, the fee will be SAR 1,200, however, your appointment will be confirmed subject to availability.
